The Deadman was a staple of WWE television for over three decades, as he ruled over WWE since the early 90s. He was always loyal to Vince McMahon and was rewarded for the same. He was loyal to McMahon and never left for WCW, but that almost wasn’t the case.
While speaking on Monte & The Pharaoh, Bone Street Krew members Henry O. Godwinn and Mideon talked about The Undertaker’s career. Godwinn alleged that The Undertaker thought about leaving WWE for WCW.
Yeah, [Godwinn replied when asked if The Undertaker was fielding offers from WCW]. “One time it was brought up between just our little group. He was talking about, ‘If I go, everybody’s going.’ But thank God it didn’t [happen]. Look what happened.
The Undertaker will forever be respected no matter what as well. We’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for The Deadman. Obviously, Undertaker never went to WCW, but we can always imagine how that might have changed the Monday Night Wars.
