“Stone Cold” Steve Austin shocked the pro wrestling world when he came out of retirement to face Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 38. That match was very well-received, and there could be a repeat performance.

Austin is still in shape, and he makes sure fans know this. The Texas Rattlesnake has uploaded a few videos to prove that he’s still grinding away at the gym, no matter where he has to get his workout in.

According to Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, WWE has been in contact with Steve Austin about another match. It wasn’t specified whether this is another WrestleMania match or something in Saudi Arabia, but the presumption is a Mania offer.

We’re told WWE at least wants him to do more with the company. Specifically, we’re told that while the Vince McMahon regime had hoped to have Austin come back to do another match, that the Triple H regime had actually made an offer for Austin to do another match.

The sources that we spoke to weren’t sure if that meant for a Saudi Arabia match, WrestleMania, or anything else, but that there was an offer. Those sources presumed it was for WrestleMania in LA, but wouldn’t confirm that or a potential opponent. Another source indicated that initially, Austin and WWE were far apart on terms.

We will have to see what happens in this situation. Steve Austin’s name could sell a ton of tickets at SoFi Stadium, but that event will already be loaded full of names for when the grandest stage of them all goes Hollywood.
