Liv Morgan and former WWE superstar CJ Perry (formerly known as Lana) are known to be real-life close friends. They have been spotted hanging out on numerous occasions, with Perry even jokingly expressing her desire to marry Morgan, with her husband Miro being open to welcome her into his marriage. Furthermore, recently, CJ Perry recently sent out a heart-felt message for Liv Morgan.

CJ Perry rose to stardom in WWE as the Ravishing Russian Lana, acting as the on-screen manager for her husband Miro, (formely known as Rusev) and being an occasional wrestler. Perry stayed with the company until 2021 when she was released. The former Lana is seen nowadays pursuing acting and modelling projects.

Despite not working in the same company, Liv Morgan and CJ Perry have maintained a close friendship. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion took Lana to her very first UFC fight this week. Morgan and Perry were in attendance for UFC 281 event at Madison Square Garden in New York. CJ Perry sent out a message to her best friend on Twitter.

“Thank you @YaOnlyLivvOnce for inviting me and taking me to my first ever @ufc fight !!! And at @TheGarden!!!! Insane energy!!! Thank you!!!!!!!! Love you.”

Liv Morgan and CJ Perry were once involved in a feud during Perry’s on-screen pairing with Bobby Lashley in 2019. Morgan declared to be in love with Perry during the latter’s on-screen marriage ceremony with Bobby Lashley. She sided with her husband Rusev in combat with Lashley and Lana. However, the storyline came to an abrupt end due to negative reviews by the fans and critics.
