GUNTHER Believes Brock Lesnar Is His Biggest Possible Challenge

GUNTHER had a tremendous run in NXT UK as he became the longest-reigning champion in modern WWE by holding the NXT UK Title for a record 870 days. He dropped the title to Ilja Dragunov at NXT TakeOver 36. Now it seems GUNTHER has his eyes set on Brock Lesnar.

After becoming the Intercontinental Champion, GUNTHER has been booked as a very strong champion. In fact, he has brought back some prestige to the title. He also remains a physically imposing star even now.

While speaking with WMBD News, GUNTHER talked about his goals in WWE. GUNTHER stated that he believes Brock Lesnar is the biggest possible challenge for him.

“If I had to pin it down to one name, I’d say it’s Brock Lesnar at the moment. When I was young and watching WWE, I enjoyed watching his matches. Later on when I progressed in my career, I was able to watch wrestling and analyze how people work. He’s always been somebody I was impressed with. He’s one of the best to ever do it. I think that’s the biggest possible challenge for me at the moment.”

We will have to wait and see what is next in store for GUNTHER. Fans would certainly love to see him square off against The Beast Incarnate.
