Andrade El Idolo Deletes Tweet About Quitting AEW If He Wanted Too

Andrade El Idolo debuted in AEW last year, after a disappointing run in WWE. Fans were simply happy to see the Mexican star in AEW and hoped for many great things for him, but it was not to be. He was involved in a lot of backstage drama last month, but now it seems he wants to remain with AEW.

Things have not been going well for AEW for the past couple of months. Andrade El Idolo was also involved in a backstage altercation with Sammy Guevara. He was actually sent home before AEW Dynamite.

Despite reports suggesting that he wants to leave AEW, Idolo seemingly shot down those rumors in a now-deleted tweet. Idolo claimed that he quit AEW if he wanted too despite everything that has been going on.

“Look man, I’m a man and if I wanted them to fire me, I’d quit and I’ve never done it.”

Andrade El Idolo even made his way to AEW Dynamite to fight with Sammy Guevara. We will have to wait and see whether Andrade El Idolo will return to AEW television or not.
