Absolute Ricky Starks has been absent from television programming for a while. Starks was last seen on the September 28th edition of AEW Dynamite, defeating Eli Isom. Ricky’s last match was against Nick Comoroto on the October 25 edition of AEW Dark. A few fans wondered why he hasn’t been around, but it has nothing to do with pro wrestling.

The company recently announced a segment for the November 4th edition of AEW Rampage, with the Ricky Starks set to appear, promising the fans that they will hear from him. This will mark the end of Ricky Starks’ 5-week televised absence from Dynamite and Rampage.

It is unclear at the moment on what Ricky Starks has planned to say to the entire AEW fans and the locker room, returning after his extended period of absence. Dave Meltzer reported about Ricky Starks not been in the ring for a few weeks due to something non-wrestling related on the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Ricky Starks hasn’t been in the ring for a few weeks due to something not wrestling related but he’ll be back on the show for a promo this week.

Meltzer further mentioned about Starks appearance on this week’s Rampage for a promo and his report rules out any possibility of Ricky being injured. This possibly indicates that we could see Starks wrestling soon inside the squared circle and his upcoming promo could begin his next feud following the conclusion of his rivalry with Powerhouse Hobbs at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
