WWE Crown Jewel is set to take place in Saudi Arabia on November 5th. This show is supposed to be WWE’s final Premium Live Event of the year. However, it looked like this show might not take place amid reports that emerged indicating Iran was planning an attack on Saudi Arabia ahead of WWE Crown Jewel. Still, WWE is carrying on while they monitor the situation closely.
Brian Alvarez spoke about this subject on Wrestling Observer Live, and he said that the show is going on as planned. Still, plenty of people are nervous about the idea.
“There was a lot of trepidation and normally the people going on the trip are trepidatious normally going in, but now you have this on top of everything else, so … it appears that the show must go on, and hopefully everything turns out all right.”
There will definitely be strict protocols in place to ensure the safety of all the WWE superstars. Therefore, everything will probably be alright heading into the show. We can only hope that WWE’s crew makes it to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel, where they can have their big show without any problems.
