Ever since his WWE debut, Kevin Owens faced just about everyone on the WWE roster. He has been part of many memorable storylines over the years and has faced opponents of all shapes and sizes, from Sami Zayn to Goldberg. Recently, Kevin Owens highlighted his most painful opponent yet.
During an interview with The Happy Hour, the former Universal Champion revealed what it’s like to face Bobby Lashley. During the interview, Kevin Owens said that there’s nothing about Lashley that doesn’t hurt. He further mentioned that it even hurts to hit Lashley because of how he’s built.
“There’s nothing about Bobby Lashley that doesn’t hurt, even when you hit him he’s just made out of rocks so you hurt your arm hitting him. I see my name against him for a match, and I’m like, ‘Oh, this is gonna be rough’.”
Lashley and Owens faced each other a total of 21 times in WWE history. Their first match took place on the April 16th, 2018 edition of Monday Night RAW.
Kevin Owens and Bobby Lashley’s last televised bout took place on January 3rd of this year when Bobby Lashley defeated Big E, Kevin Owens, and Seth Rollins in a Fatal 4-Way match to earn himself a shot at the WWE Championship.
