Miro used to work as Rusev when he was in WWE. During his time in the company, Miro was largely underutilized until the day of his release. Even Lana thinks Miro is unhappy in AEW until he wins the big one.

Following his WWE release a couple of years ago, Miro debuted in AEW during the September 9th, 2020, episode of Dynamite as Kip Sabian’s Best Man. After a rocky creative start, Miro eventually became The Redeemer and won the TNT Championship before dropping it to Sammy Guevara.

Miro hasn’t been seen since All Out, and he hasn’t wrestled on Dynamite for a few months. Fans are worried about his status as well.

While speaking on Busted Open, CJ Perry revealed that Miro will not be happy until he is a champion in AEW.

He wants to be champion, so he’s not going to be happy until he’s champion,” Perry said. “I’m just going to leave it at that. And rightfully so. I mean, he always goes, ‘If I got into a real fight with these people, I would destroy them. I would crush them.’ And that is very valid.”

Miro is also missing out for a sad reason. Obviously, he isn’t finished yet, but fans are still waiting for his return to television. We will have to wait and see when Miro will be able to return to AEW programming to continue his quest to the top.
