Kevin Von Erich is a wrestling legend who was in the ring during the 1960s. He worked with various legends, and now a movie is in the works about his stellar career.

While speaking to TMZ, Kevin mentioned that he is impressed by Zac Efron’s efforts and gives him outstanding value for the work he has put in to look the part of the movie character.

“They got some tough work ahead of them but I saw picture of the guy [Efron]. He looked great. Man, I don’t think I ever looked that good. I think they are going to do great.”

An Instagram post has gone viral where the two are put side by side and Zac looks the part for the role. Efron has worked on his ability to look like Kevin Von Erich on the screen.

If this effort is done for the role, one can only imagine the kind of work the actor would have done to perfect the moves of the wrestling legend. There’s no information about his training at this time.

FYI, the upcoming film is all about the Von Erich legacy, showcasing the Von Erich family of wrestlers who broke into the game beginning in the 1960s. Kerry, Kevin’s brother, will be played by Jeremy Allen White, who will appear alongside Zac.

Kevin has had little to no involvement with the film, aside from a few brief conversations with the director, Sean Durkin. He hasn’t discussed the part with Zac.
