Finn Balor is a former 2-time NXT Champion and was truly one of the most significant names in NXT. However, neither of his main roster runs proved to be memorable at all. His upcoming match also isn’t expected to move the needle.

Finn Balor has been the leader of The Judgment Day since betraying Edge a few months ago. They are currently feuding with The OC, and a match in Saudi Arabia awaits them as well.

While speaking on episode 455 of The Jim Cornette Experience, Jim Cornette stated that he doubts The OC vs The Judgment Day will move the needle at WWE Crown Jewel.

“We want to love The Judgment Day,” said Cornette. “They’ve got their version of Butch, the annoying little urchin Finn (Balor) in there, but rest of them look great. Dominik looks better than he ever has. I mean, dressed up like they’ve got him now and with Rhea Ripley whispering in his ear, and he looks a little meaner. A little older, he doesn’t look like the kid running down the street trying to catch the ice cream truck.

I’m interested in The Judgment Day without Finn Balor. I don’t know that I’m interested in this match. I’m sure it’ll be quite exciting and not move the needle for business one bit in any direction.”

We will have to wait and see how their match turns out. This feud could have legs to it, but WWE needs to spark interest. Odds are, it won’t be as good as expected, but WWE has a way of surprising us under Triple H’s leadership.
