Dominik Mysterio Gets Big Props For Being Better Than Hook

Dominik Mysterio and Hook are two multi-generational wrestlers who carried on their father’s legacy with the aim of continuing their family’s wrestling tradition. They have experienced rapid growth in WWE and AEW, respectively. However, WCW veterans Disco Inferno and Konnan recently claimed that Dominik is better than Hook.

Inferno compared the two budding talents when appearing on the Keepin It 100 podcast, claiming that the RAW Superstar is more devoted to wrestling than The Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil.

“Definitely Dominik [Mysterio]. Okay, because number one, I heard a little birdie told me [an inside source] that Hook isn’t really that invested in pro wrestling as you would think. I heard he wants to get into fashion design (…) But Dominik is invested [Wrestling], and he’s just getting better, and he’s got arguably right now he’s got more heat than anybody on any show.”

Konnan joined in, saying that the Judgment Day member has exceeded Hook in popularity.

“He’s probably even surpassed Hook in popularity, and Hook’s very popular.”

Dominik Mysterio aligned himself with The Judgment Day after betraying his father, Rey Mysterio. In the meantime, Hook forged his own course and established an undefeated record before winning the FTW Championship. Only time will tell what’s next for both stars, but company lines will keep them from meeting in the ring for now.
