Jimmy Uso is currently one half of the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions. Jimmy, along with Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns, make up The Bloodline, one of pro wrestling’s most feared factions. Of course, we also can’t forget about Sami Zayn and Paul Heyman when discussing that stable’s success. Jimmy Uso recently discussed The Rock’s daughter’s future in WWE following her NXT debut.
On Tuesday, Simone Johnson made her debut in a WWE ring by revealing herself as Ava Raine on NXT. She also cut an electrifying promo in front of the audience. Jimmy Uso expressed to TMZ Sports his conviction that another Johnson will continue to rule the WWE ring for a very long time after witnessing The Rock’s daughter make her debut this week.
Uso shared with the outlet at LAX that he was impressed with the 21-year-old’s skills inside the squared circle. He also predicted that she would soon become a well-known star in the industry, just like her father.
“The sky is the limit. She’s got the workhorse in her like we all do. It runs deep in the blood, and I’m excited for her future.”
“I can’t wait to see where this takes her.”
Uso stated that he won’t have any problems taking Ava under his wing because, after all, they are essentially family if/when she is called up from NXT to the main roster. Jimmy asserted that, “Anyway the family can get it, I’m all for it.” He further said, “We are all family. We all look out for her. She has the whole squad side on her side.” Simone appears to have Uso’s full support.
“I’m ready to see what she can do. I’m ready for her to pop off and represent the bloodline.”
The Rock’s daughter signing with WWE was a big deal for fans. Ava Raine is a fourth generation wrestler, and she plans to establish her own name in the industry, in addition to carrying on her famous father’s legacy. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more.
