AJ Amrhein is a well-renowned fitness instructor from Scottsburg, Indiana. She’s a former tumbler on the prestigious Baylor Acrobatics & Tumbling team. WWE recently signed Amrhein under a new ring name.

Our readers sent word to Ringside News AJ Amrhein had recently changed her Instagram handle to Dani Palmer, indicating that this name will be used when she makes her debut in NXT developmental.

WWE held a three-day tryouts for potential Performance Center recruits back in April during WrestleMania weekend in Dallas. More than 50 current and recent college athletes participated in the tryouts. Of the 50 who tried out, 17 were chosen as the new recruits at the WWE Performance Center.

Dani Palmer emerged as one of the recruits. The 17 recruits include those with backgrounds in MMA, soccer, football, volleyball, and other areas. The name with the most recognition is former Bellator MMA fighter Valerie Loureda.
