Bizarre Name Change Pitched For Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio did the impossible and turned heel by attacking Edge and then his own father Rey, much to the absolute shock of everyone in attendance at Clash At The Castle. Now Rey Mysterio’s son has a new direction in Vince McMahon’s former company.

Since then, he has been feuding with Rey Mysterio and ultimately drove his father out of Monday Night RAW. Dominik remains one of the mainstays of the red brand even now.

Dominik even compared himself to Eddie Guerrero. While speaking on Busted Open, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray suggested that Dominik should change his last name to Guerrero.

“I love the relationship with Rhea (Ripley). I love Rhea constantly being in his ear. Taking shots at Eddie Guerrero will always get you heat, saying that Eddie Guerrero was the Dominik Mysterio of his generation. Getting back to the name thing, I know they did the angle years ago with Eddie possibly being Dom’s dad, what about Dominik taking the Guerrero last name over the Mysterio last name?
