Hangman Adam Page was determined to recapture the AEW World Championship but fate had other plans for him. Page suffered a concussion during his AEW World Championship match against Jon Moxley last week on Dynamite. Thankfully, he’s in good condition.

AEW updated its fans on Page’s health during Dynamite tonight. Excalibur noted that Hangman is recuperating in his home and intends to return to in-ring action as soon as possible.

“He’s in home, and in good condition. He’s recuperating”

Adam Page and Jon Moxley were in the middle of their title match when the scary incident transpired. Hangman took a stiff lariat from Mox and landed head-first on the mat. Page failed to recover and the match was stopped immediately. The former AEW World Champion was rushed to a local medical facility.

Hangman Page later issued a statement wherein he thanked fans and peers for their support. He went on to say that he has unfinished business. As of this writing, AEW hasn’t provided a timeline on Page’s return.
