Ring Of Honor shocked fans when it announced that it was going to undergo a reimagining last year. This led to the company releasing all of its contracted wrestlers at the same time.

AEW President Tony Khan previously announced that he had purchased the entirety of Ring Of Honor. It has been more than half a year since then, and ROH has produced a couple of pay-per-views so far.

However, no weekly TV show has been made as of yet. Due to this, ROH matches have been taking place on AEW television. While speaking on The Jim Cornette Experience, Jim Cornette slammed ROH for infesting AEW.

“Infestation is appropriate, not because any of the Ring of Honor guys are cockroaches, but because by the time you see one or two, there’s a bunch more lurking around the corner! And belts everywhere!”

Tony Khan also promised a weekly television show for ROH soon. We will have to wait and see when ROH will become its own brand.
