The New Day remains one of the best tag teams in pro wrestling history. Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E rose to superstardom in the company thanks to them being part of The New Day and they have certainly made their mark in tag team history as well.

This is because their infectious positivity and hilarious antics made them a huge hit with fans. Due to this, fans have always wondered if they would ever compete for a trios title.

While speaking to Steve Fall at NBC Sports Boston, Kofi Kingston was asked about a trios championship in WWE. Kingston made it clear that it is not impossible.

“Anything is possible. There’s a lot of trios going on, Sheamus and The Brawling Brutes, The Bloodline, The New Day. We’ll see how E (Big E) does in coming back. He’s getting a lot better too for those who are concerned and whatnot. He was actually roller skating the other day. I was like, ‘Oh my God. You’re alright.’ He’s coming along and he’s in great spirits. We’re just kind of taking it one day at a time with him. But yeah, I think a trios title would be interesting. It would obviously be something that’s never been before in WWE, so who knows? You gotta stay tuned and watch to find out.”

We will have to wait and see whether the Trios Titles will be introduced in WWE or not in the future as fans would love to see them.
