NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 Logo Called Out For Looking Similar To WWE WrestleMania

Wrestle Kingdom 17 is set to take place from the Tokyo Dome on January 4th, 2023. The main event for the PPV will feature the much-anticipated bout between Jay White and Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Kazuchika Okada won himself the opportunity to face Jay White at Wrestle Kingdom after winning the G1 Climax for the fourth time.

Recently, New Japan Pro Wrestling released the logo for Wrestle Kingdom 17. However, the logo looked similar to WrestleMania 30’s logo which had a similar type font. Many fans pointed out the mistake on Social Media.

“Is it me or does this #WrestleKingdom17 logo look familiar?”

Apart from the main event, the PPV will also feature a Fatal 4-Way Match for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship involving Taiji Ishimori, Hiromu Takahashi, El Desparado, and Master Wato. The event will also feature an IWGP Women’s Championship match for the first time ever.
