Shawn Michaels is certainly one of the best in-ring performers to have ever graced a WWE ring. He was touted as Mr. WrestleMania and he truly lived up to the name. He addressed his critics as well.
Michaels has always exceeded expectations when it comes to performing in a match. Many say that he was so good inside the ring, that HBK could even have a believable match with a broomstick.
NXT will be holding their next Premium Live Event called Halloween Havoc on Saturday, October 22nd. The event starts at 8:00 PM with a 7:30 PM kickoff show.
Once a WCW staple, WWE has now made the event its own thing. While speaking during the press conference before the event, Shawn Michaels said that he wants to continue doing Halloween Havoc events, and he said that it’s the biggest NXT event after Stand & Deliver.
HBK also said that he thinks that eventually fans will think about NXT when they hear the Halloween Havoc name over “anything else.” We will have to wait and see how the event turns out.
I really feel like this is gonna be, from an NXT standpoint I really think this is gonna be our SummerSlam, I feel like it’s gonna be the biggest, if not the second-biggest on our schedule only behind Stand & Deliver. This feels different for us, it feels more important. I feel that down the road Halloween Havoc will be more identified with NXT than it is anything else.
