Joey Janela Fuels WWE & GCW Partnership Rumors With SmackDown Tweet

WWE rarely goes out of their way to collaborate with independent wrestling promotions. Word spread out earlier during the day that the world’s biggest wrestling promotion is partnering with Game Changer Wrestling. Joey Janela is hyping up the rumors once again.

GCW mainstay Joey Janela took to Twitter after SmackDown this week to post a tweet related to the show. The Bad Boy praised SmackDown as the “number 1 sports entertainment show on television.” Janela touted SmackDown’s increasing viewership as well.

Great edition of the Number 1 Sports entertainment show on weekly Television @WWE SMACKDOWN! I’m grateful for actual sports entertainment show on Friday nights when I’m usually home relaxing and it seems the fans are too, lasts week edition did 2.274 MILLION viewers WOW! Awesome

Joey Janela has been promoting WWE on his Twitter handle for a while now. The GCW star asked fans to plug into Raw. Janela also hinted at being Hit Row’s tag team partner for their match against Legado del Fantasma when SmackDown returns to FS1 next week.
