Ronda Rousey is possibly the biggest name to make her way from the world of combat sports to professional wrestling. She wasted no time adapting to WWE’s style of pro wrestling.
At WrestleMania Backlash, Ronda Rousey challenged Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship in an ‘I Quit’ match. It was a solid match that kept fans engaged throughout.
In the end, Rousey won the match to become the new Smackdown Women’s Champion. While speaking on her latest stream, Rousey mentioned how WWE had zero preparation for the match.
“I’m not saying you can’t make something with zero preparation like me and Charlotte’s “I Quit” match was basically formed together at the day. Although it’s something that I’m proud of, I think I could’ve done better with preparation.
Ronda Rousey is currently the Smackdown Women’s Champion and has been on a roll since then. We will have to wait and see whether she will feud with Charlotte Flair later on or not.
