Roman Reigns has been on a warpath, WWE as the Undisputed Universal Champion, since his return back in 2020. The leader of The Bloodline remains an imposing figure on Friday Night Smackdown.

The Tribal Chief became the Undisputed Champion after defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38. Since then, he has been utterly infallible, and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.

While speaking on the DDP Snake Pit podcast, DDP compared Roman Reigns’ promo style to Jake Roberts in a huge way.

“I’m so bummed Jake isn’t here; I wanted to talk about this. When you listen to Roman talk, he has, it’s his own thing, but it’s kind of reminiscent of Jake a little bit, where you never hear Roman yell,” explained DDP. “You don’t hear him like, he will tune-up, but he keeps that composure that Jake could do, you know?”
