Goldberg is a legend for many fans, and he is also a WWE Hall of Famer. The former WWE Universal Champion might not have been a fan of pro wrestling at first, but eventually came to love it. He is also done apologizing for what he did to Bret Hart.
WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart had bitter feelings about Goldberg for several years. This is because Bret Hart suffered a concussion after Goldberg hit him with a botched kick during a match at Starrcade in 1999.
Due to this, Bret Hart suffered post-concussion syndrome, which forced him to prematurely hang up his pro wrestling boots. Bret Hart went on record and said that Goldberg’s work rate was “0/10.”
During a recent fan signing as part of a Facebook Live stream on October 17th, Bret Hart said that if Goldberg’s in the WWE Hall of Fame, former superstar Barry Horowitz should also get in. He also believed that Goldberg should be removed from the Hall Of Fame.
“I always thought that if Goldberg got into the Hall of Fame, then Horowitz should’ve gone into the Hall of Fame. Horowitz can actually wrestle. Goldberg never could. I think he got in there for hurting everybody he worked with.
We wonder how the wrestling world would have been different had Bret Hart still been able to wrestle. Regardless, Bret Hart had previously forgiven Goldberg for what he did as well, but that doesn’t mean Hart still won’t harbor a grudge.
