Rey Mysterio is a true veteran in the world of professional wrestling, whose influence in the industry is far-reaching. He has done it all as far as being a professional wrestler is concerned.
He has dedicated more than 30 years of his life to the industry and has a ton of respect from fans and peers alike. He has been wrestling since he was 14 and his contributions to the business cannot be understated.
Night three of AAA TripleMania began with Rey Mysterio, as he appeared in a vignette. Mysterio welcomed fans to the show, and celebrated AAA’s milestone 30th TripleMania. Calling TripleMania a “magnum event,” Mysterio congratulated everyone working on the show.
He would then reflect on his own time in AAA and was proud to have worked the first TripleMania event in 1993. Mysterio last competed in AAA back in 2018. For now, he is focused on challenging GUNTHER for his Intercontinental Champion and that’s what matters.
