Cody Rhodes became one of the highlights of Monday Night RAW after returning to WWE at WrestleMania 38. He went on to have solid matches with Seth Rollins and elevated himself to the upper mid-card. Sadly, an injury put him out of action during that amazing return run.

The American Nightmare was on a roll since his return but has not been seen since Hell In A Cell due to a torn pectoral muscle. He underwent surgery for the same and will be out of action for a long time.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was reported that Cody Rhodes “appears to be a little ahead of schedule in healing” and he is currently working with DDP.

Things are said to be “normal” in Rhodes’ “real life”, but “any upper body weights he can use are extremely light”. It was added that there is “no firm date for a return” yet. If there is, it will be kept a secret in the end.
