Minoru Suzuki has been one of the top stars in pro wrestling for a good while, Now he has been training with a WWE superstar with a similar skill set.
Matt Riddle took to social media platforms on Thursday to share a photo of him and Suzuki at the gym. Riddle compliment his class as well. Naturally, a lot of eyeballs took a look at this epic photo.
“Stallions train with Stallions!!! Nothing happens overnight anything worthwhile takes time and hard work and last night’s class was exceptional,”
“Thank you to everyone who came in and trained and I hope to see you all next Wednesday.
It’s worth noting that the picture was taken in Daniel Gracie’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Orange County gym, where Riddle coaches a No-gi class. Like Riddle, Suzuki also has a background in mixed martial arts, having competed in promotions such as Pancrase. During his MMA career, he had a 30-19 record before shifting his attention to the squared circle full-time.
Suzuki has been associated with All Elite Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and NJPW Strong during his most recent United States appearances. Could this mean that Suzuki will be making his way to WWE to be with former NJPW stars like AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows?
Suzuki will be wrestling again as he’s scheduled to face Fred Yehi at NJPW’s Showdown In Hollywood. The event is slated to take place on October 16th.
What do you think of seeing Suzuki and Riddle together? Sound off in the comments!
