MJF is regarded as one of the most controversial and highly discussed pro wrestlers in a long time. He can generate heat with effortless ease as well. That being said, he’s not afraid to go against the normal expectations that people have for pro wrestlers.

The 3-time Dynamite Diamond Ring winner returned at AEW All Out and since then has remained a huge part of AEW programming. MJF recently confirmed that he signed a new deal with AEW without any contract extension.

Cody Rhodes left AEW earlier this year and went back to WWE, where he had a terrific match against Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 38. Rhodes looked like a legitimate star there, but that move didn’t make everyone happy.

While speaking with Not Sam Wrestling, MJF said that not even a WrestleMania debut like Cody’s would change his mind that money is the only thing that matters to him. It’s really all about the Benjamins for MJF.

“The only thing I care about at this point at 26 years of age is where will I make the most amount of money? … I think if AEW is willing to pay me enough to put the company on my back and build it up so that one day we have a hundred thousand people at an event, I don’t see what the difference is.”

We will have to wait and see whether MJF will end up winning the AEW World Title. The fact that he is holding a guaranteed title shot in the casino royale chip can’t be forgotten. Fans would certainly love to see that happen.
