Vince McMahon was forced to retire and step down from his position as WWE Chairman. Immediately, Triple H was made the head of WWE Creative. This was a long time coming for fans as well.

Lately, there has been a lot of drama when it comes to AEW. This is largely due to all the backstage issues prevalent in the company, especially during the AEW All Out media scrum.

Naturally, WWE wants to avoid something similar. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE wants to hire an Operations Manager to manage conflict within talent.

WWE is looking for an Operations manager to work with on-air talent. The idea is scheduling, working with the travel department, working with the creative team to make sure the announcers know they key points they need to get across, negotiating with announcers, recruiting new announcers and helping develop new ideas for announcers. One of the lines is that the Operations Manager “will have direct contact with talent and must be able to manage conflicting egos, personalities and concerns.”
