Triple H made LA Knight look like a million bucks in the black and gold version of NXT, but Vince McMahon had other plans for him on the main roster. Tonight, Dupri finally got his NXT identity back.

Knight returned during a backstage segment with MMM and Maxxine Dupri. Knight laid out ma.çé and mån.sôör with chair shots. Knight told Maxxine not to call him Max Dupri.

“Who am I? L .A. Knight. Yeah!”

Knight had been managing Maximum Male Models alongside Maxxine Dupri on the blue brand. Knight punched mån.sôör and quit MMM during a previous episode of SmackDown.

As previously reported, WWE changed up his gimmick and listed him as LA Knight on their internal roster following his exit from MMM. We’ll have to wait to see what’s next in store for LA Knight.
