The AEW All Out media scrum ended in complete and utter disaster after CM Punk went on a scathing rant on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks, verbally decimating everyone mentioned and then some.
Punk was involved in a backstage brawl where he fought with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega. As previously reported, AEW has suspended everyone involved in the brawl.
Not only that, but there have been backstage problems with Sammy Guevara, Eddie Kingston and now Andrade El Idolo. While speaking to Variety ahead of Dynamite’s third-anniversary show, Tony Khan talked about the AEW All Out backstage brawl and said that the investigation was still ongoing and that he was upset about preventable setbacks in AEW.
“That was when I started to say, ‘You know, a lot of these setbacks were very preventable, and there were things that I didn’t even want to do in the first place. So I just said going forward that I’m only going to do ideas that I feel good about. … As I gained experience in wrestling, I started to gain more confidence
We will have to wait and see whether AEW will be able to recover from all their setbacks in the past few months. Fans certainly hope for the best in this regard.
