Horror Writer Joins WWE Creative Team After Rumored Bray Wyatt Return

Bray Wyatt’s Fiend character was one of the most creative gimmicks in the history of WWE. Unfortunately, WWE was never quite able to utilize it to the extent it should have been used.

Unfortunately, he was released by the company last year and since then, he has been absent from the pro wrestling world. There have been several hints about his return due to the White Rabbit hints as well.

According to Fighful’s paywall, it was reported that horror writer Rob Fee recently joined the company, starting full time work in October. It was said that he once pitched a Fiend-related movie, that was said to have resonated well with WWE higher ups.

Fee has worked as a horror writer for Marvel in the past and has been well regarded for his work. He’s penned comics for Spider-Man, Daredevil, Avengers, and was head writer on several Disney shows.

Fee once pitched a Fiend related movie, that was said to have resonated well with WWE higher ups, and had the possibility of getting produced. However, Bray Wyatt was released shortly after, so the project couldn’t get produced. However, we have been told that one of Fee’s early projects with WWE has been the direction and production of the QR code-related cryptic messages we’ve seen on television in recent weeks that has gained an incredible amount of buzz.

We will have to wait and see whether Bray Wyatt really is returning soon, as it is likely a future feud with Rollins will be something that fans want to see.
