It’s intriguing to reflect on the eerie, horror-inspired figures that had an impact on professional wrestling, including The Undertaker, Kane, “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt, and others, as Halloween approaches in many different parts of the world. The Boogeyman, who terrorized young children during the Ruthless Aggression Era of WWE with his bizarre gyrations, spooky nursery rhymes, and, of course, propensity to eat live worms, may not receive the same recognition, though.

On November 6, 2015, The Boogeyman agreed to a long-term arrangement with minimal non-wrestling appearance requirements by signing a WWE Legends contract. The mesmerizing celebrity, though, seems to be looking for some new projects when he tweeted about one. Boogeyman uploaded a picture of himself wearing his distinctive yellow, red, and black face-paint along with a message, wearing a WWE Network cap.

Bring Boogeyman Back To Tv

Boogeyman’s WWE career, for the most part, lasted barely five years. During that time he amassed several impressive victories and participated in pivotal feuds. The clock-punching hero engaged in a battle with John Bradshaw Layfield that resulted in The Boogeyman defeating the former WWE Champion. More infamously, during one of their encounters, The Boogeyman famously ate the weird growth on Jillian Hall’s face.

The Boogeyman’s winning streak on “WWE SmackDown” finally came to an end during a feud with Fit Finlay, albeit he only competed in 12 aired fights during that time. Other significant feuds during this period included his victory against WWE Hall of Famer Booker T at WrestleMania 22. Stay tuned to Ringside News for the latest news and updates.
