WWE is constantly trying to enhance the quality of its content. This became more prominent since the big regime change in the company. Friday Night SmackDown is extremely integral to their programming, and it is also peaking in terms of quality.
Friday Night SmackDown is pulling the big numbers in terms of viewership, as last week’s edition managed to pull in 2.3 million viewers. They’ve also been doing great in terms of ticket sales.
The previously reported figures revealed that this week’s SmackDown is almost a sellout, with only 300 tickets being left at that point. It appears they’ve added additional seats for the live audiences. WrestleTix reported via their Patreon channel about the new figures for the show.

The change in their ticket sales isn’t all that different either. The current ticket sales figure stands to be 8,737, which was 8,733 a few days ago. The available tickets for the show are 375. It appears a lot of people will buy the tickets at the last minute. WWE is also worried about Hurricane Ian affecting this week’s SmackDown.
