MJF has been put into the main event scene after he won the chip at AEW All Out. Due to this, he can challenge for the AEW World Title at any sanctioned AEW show of his choosing.

Teddy Long has been making headlines recently for going on a blocking spree on Twitter. MJF took to Twitter and claimed that he blocked Teddy Long instead, turning the tables on him.
