The AEW All Out media scrum took an unexpected turn after CM Punk went on a scathing rant on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks, verbally obliterating everyone involved.
CM Punk was involved in a backstage brawl where he fought with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega. As previously reported, AEW has suspended everyone involved in the brawl. It was even believed that Punk and Ace Steel were going to get fired.
While speaking on a new interview with Newsday, AEW commentator Taz claimed that AEW’s backstage issues are in the rearview mirror.
Anything that happened two weeks ago, last week, or last night, that’s in the rearview mirror. And we’re onward and upward. That’s how it’s been, no matter what. The pro wrestling business is a train, and the train is going to keep on rolling.
Eric Bischoff also recently blasted CM Punk for being bitter and brittle. He will also be out of action for a long time, well into next year because of the injury. We’ll have to wait and see whether things in AEW will change soon or not.
