During the ThunderDome era of the WWE when the pandemic was raging across the world, MVP’s lead faction The Hurt Business was successful in revitalizing the careers of Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander in its short run. Now the group’s re-formation is a possibility.
MVP shared an Instagram video showing that he was with Omos and Shelton Benjamin. He said that he was always thinking about “the business” before panning over to Benjamin.
“MVP also wrote in the caption, introducing my business associate, #thenigeriangiant, to the magnificence of #multnomahfalls. While discussing business…Take time to enjoy the world around you. But never stop hustling!”
Omos has appeared on television once since mid-July, prior to the creative management change when Vince McMahon stepped down from all WWE duties, in which he won a handicap match. The tease from MVP is exciting and it looks like WWE may have plans for the three stars going forward under Triple H’s leadership of the product.
It’s unknown if Bobby Lashley will return to the group since he is enjoying success as a babyface as the current United States Champion on Raw. But anything can happen these days.
