Triple H was given the role as the top person in charge of WWE Creative after Vince McMahon retired. As such, he wasted no time in changing things up and they have been largely for the better.
Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan were also made the co-CEOs of WWE. According to PWInsider, the new management team has ‘energized’ the WWE locker room and production team.
It was also noted that staff working at WWE Headquarters also have better energy, but the balance of employees’ work responsibilities and life outside of work has seen massive improvement under Khan and McMahon.
It was noted that under Vince McMahon, there was a sentiment of ‘keep your head down’, as if McMahon was going to work huge hours, staff wanting to climb the corporate ladder felt they had to follow suit.
It is believed that under Nick Khan, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, employees can do their job without the ‘level of stress’ that was the norm during Vince McMahon’s rule.
It was further reported that employees generally feel that the current management team is approachable, with one staffer comparing meeting with Vince McMahon with “running into the T-Rex from Jurassic Park, you didn’t want to call attention to yourself.” Things are clearly better in WWE now and that is all that matters.
