WWE is an open battlefield for anyone who wants to step up and accept the challenge. Karrion Kross has shown that he can step up when needed and even take out his opponents with ease. His return has caused a stir on blue brand about a championship opportunity.
The former NXT Champion has his eyes set on The Tribal Chief and his championship. He faces one hindrance in his quest for the title, and that’s Drew McIntyre. Kross continued his attacks on The Scottish Pschyopath since his return, and he kept it up on this week’s SmackDown.
While speaking about his approach on El Brunch de WWE the superstar made it clear that he wants to take out anyone in his path to glory. He said that he likes to keep his goals and ambitions private because if you tell others about your dream match then it doesn’t happen at times.
I have a lot of respect for Drew McIntyre. I respect what he has been through and what he has accomplished, and I think that he is the perfect person to destroy on television to set the tone for what I’m about to do in the immediate future. It’s nothing personal at all, and he is just in the way and not for long. He won’t be for very long, and that’s the politest way I can put that.
When I was leaving NXT the first time, and coming to the main roster, my goal was to compete against Roman Reigns. I wanted to be very careful how I wanted to talk about that publicly, because sometimes when you say what you wanna do, publicly, it will never happen.
The Doomwalker made a statement since his return, and it needs to be seen how he goes on from here. Drew McIntyre has been his victim since his return, and the storyline has been doing well. It has the fans involved in the story, and we may see it culminate soon.
It’s possible that Drew McIntyre will face Karrion Kross at Extreme Rules. It remains to be seen if this match will have a stipulation. The possible stipulation could be that the winner gets an opportunity against The Needle Mover. The two would put on a banger to claim that opportunity.
Who would you root for if Drew McIntyre and Karrion Kross faced each other with a title match opportunity on the line? Sound off in the comments.
