Eddie Kingston Admits He Was In A Bad Mood Prior To Sammy Guevara Altercation

Eddie Kingston was suspended after an altercation backstage between himself and Sammy Guevara. The situation reportedly stemmed from Guevara taking a shot at Kingston’s appearance. Kingston has since issued an apology and completed his suspension. Now, the Mad King is speaking on the matter.

Sammy Guevara provided his side of the story after the altercation. Guevara then told fans to move on from the whole drama. The whole story eventually became a huge topic of discussion.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Eddie Kingston explained to Mark Henry why certain people can’t poke fun at his physique without him getting heated. He admitted he was in a bad mood prior to the altercation with Sammy Guevara.

“I woke up that day in a bad mood,” Kingston admitted. “I woke up, I rubbed the crust out of my eyes, I looked at my phone and I went, ‘Oh no, not you.’ It had nothing to do with him, it could’ve been anybody at that day, but since it was him I was like, ‘No, not you.'”

They also squashed their beef. Eddie Kingston also faced Tomohiro Ishii at AEW All Out. We will have to wait and see what AEW has in store for The Mad King next.
