The AEW All Out media scrum ended in pure disaster after CM Punk went on a scathing rant on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks, verbally burying them in the process. It turns out that CM Punk was already injured, so he might have known a break was coming anyway.

Punk was involved in a backstage brawl where he punched one of the Young Bucks, while Ace Steel was also involved in the brawl. In fact, almost everyone involved got suspended, but Punk and Steel could still be fired.

Punk also suffered a triceps injury at AEW All Out. Dave Meltzer provided an update on Punk’s injury in the Wrestling Observer Daily, where he noted that Punk underwent surgery for torn triceps.

CM Punk underwent surgery earlier this week for the torn left triceps he suffered when doing the tope early in the Jon Moxley match. That is usually about an eight month recovery period His doctor recommended surgery right away to prevent any muscle atrophy.

Eric Bischoff also recently blasted CM Punk for being bitter and brittle. He will also be out of action for a long time, well into next year because of the injury. Things simply don’t look good for Punk in general.
