Impact Wrestling has a lot of gifted minds backstage. Now one former WWE Superstar who has a lot of experience is taking off.
D’Lo Brown is no longer working with IMPACT Wrestling. Brown was already out of the Impact’s announce team after he was written off television with a kayfabe injury. Now, he has left the promotion for good.
PWInsider‘s Mike Johnson revealed the news of Brown going his separate way. Johnson also channeled a comment from IMPACT Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore on Brown’s departure.
We appreciate D’Lo’s contributions to Impact Wrestling over the last 3 plus years. We wish him nothing but the best moving forward.
Brown was a producer at IMPACT and also worked as an on-and-off commentator. He made his return to IMPACT back in 2019 after getting a multi-year contract with the company.
The former IMPACT producer took on commentary duties in January 2021. However, he was replaced by Matt Rehwoldt and jumped to the talent relations department. He also came back as a manager for Garett Bischoff and Wes Brisco for their match against Kenny King and Vincent.
