CM Punk Involved In Physical Altercation With The Elite After AEW All Out Media Scrum

CM Punk debuted last year at AEW Rampage: The First Dance and instantly became one of their top stars. One year later, he has already become the biggest star after winning the AEW World Title twice.

During the post-AEW All Out media scrum, CM Punk went nuclear on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks. Punk utterly buried Page and Cabana in particular while blaming the Bucks and Omega for being incompetent EVPs.

It was reported that Omega and the Bucks threatened to leave AEW over Punk’s words. According to Fightful’s paywall, CM Punk had an altercation with The Young Bucks after he left the media scrum.

By the time the wee hours of the morning happened, there were unconfirmed rumors that CM Punk and Ace Steele and members of the Elite were involved in some sort of confrontation. We’ve heard varying accounts of how “involved” it was. By the end of the press conference, several talent and media had learned that the incident had happened.

Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez mentioned during Wrestling Observer Radio that they saw a police officer run by, and they figured a fight broke out with someone else. It was later revealed that Ace Steel was also involved in the “melee.”
