AEW President Tony Khan is very passionate about pro wrestling and that is without question. However, Khan has the tendency of saying some very bizarre things that land him in trouble with the public eye.

The company also has a lot of drama involving CM Punk. On top of that, there were even more backstage issues with Thunder Rosa, Eddie Kingston and Sammy Guevara. It led to Tony Khan holding a mandatory meeting last week before AEW Dynamite as well.

While speaking with NBC Chicago, Tony Khan shared his thoughts that people not liking each other could end up being a blessing in disguise. He added that not everyone needs to get along in pro wrestling, because it’s not a “doll factory.”

“As long as everybody is being professional, it’s professional wrestling, the first word is professional. The second word is wrestling.

“This is not a doll factory or a normal place of business. Our product here is professional wrestling matches.

Khan was still criticized for his lack of leadership skills after failing to control the backstage issues. Christopher Daniels also recently claimed that everything is fine in AEW. It remains to be seen how AEW will be able to rectify its current ongoing issues backstage.
