Tony Khan’s company saw a difficult period of time in the past few months. This was largely due to the fact that quite a few of their top stars have been injured and on the shelf. Many stars such as CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole and more were out of action due to injury for a long time.
While speaking during AEW’s All Out conference call, AEW President Tony Khan noted that injuries and returns led to the AEW All Out card being announced much later than usual. Sean Sapp’s Twitter account paraphrased Khan’s response.
