The Usos defeated The Mysterios to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championship during the Money in the Bank kickoff show on July 18, 2021. Jimmy and Jey have since successfully defended the titles and, in the process, achieved a huge career milestone.

The brothers have held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship for 404 days now, making them the third team in WWE’s history to hold main roster titles for over 400 days. Demolition and The New Day are the other two teams.

The Usos became the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions after beating RK-Bro on the May 20th, 2022, episode of SmackDown. The brothers successfully retained their titles against The Street Profit on two pay-per-view events, Money in the Bank and SummerSlam.

Rikishi’s twins became the first tag team to defend a tag team title at two consecutive SummerSlam events as well. They are also one of the best tag teams on the planet in Steve Austin’s book.
