Kurt Angle Returns To Raw & Drinks Milk With The Street Profits

Kurt Angle is one of the most accomplished wrestlers of all time and there’s no arguing that. Angle transitioned to pro wrestling following a successful career in amateur wrestling. Tonight, the Olympic Gold Medalist returned to the company that kickstarted his pro wrestling career.

Kurt Angle was advertised for tonight’s episode of Raw in his hometown of Pittsburgh, and the multi-time world champion entered the PPG Paints Arena to a standing ovation. Angle was several seconds into his promo before he was interrupted by The Alpha Academy.

Gable called Angle his personal hero and said his story resonated with him when Gable was chasing his Olympic dream. He said The Alpha Academy is looking for a new member and would be happy to have Angle in the team for one night only.

Gable asked Otis to hand over their new merch, a jacket, to Angle, who refused. The Street Profits arrived and challenged The Alpha Academy to a match. Gable said he’d accept only if Angle agrees to receive coaching under Gable after they win the match.

The Street Profits won the match after Montez Ford hit a huge frog splash on Gable. Ford and Angelo Dawkins then celebrated with Angle, who had brought bottles of milk with him to the show.
