Chris Jericho Alludes To WWE Engaging In Contract Tampering

Chris Jericho is one of the most iconic WWE Superstars in history. While he left the company in 2018, he went through some of the defining matches in his career there. Now that WWE has a regime change, fans want to see Jericho back in the company again. It turns out that others within WWE want Jericho back too.

Jericho has been All Elite since 2019, and he became the first pro-wrestler to ever hold the AEW World Championship. However, fans keep imagining a future where Jericho returns to WWE. That seemed hopeful when he reacted to a possible AEW x WWE event.

Triple H has changed quite a lot of things with his creative control. AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, and similar stars have seen developments recently. Other previously released stars have returned. One fan said that they want to see the two stars face Jericho if he ever comes back to the promotion. Jericho replied to it, saying that the matches have happened many times before.

Another fan tweeted about wanting a faction consisting of Owens, Zayn, and Jericho. He called for Y2J to make it happen, to which he alluded that some higher-ups want that to happen “sooner than later.” He also used #Tampering, which is quite an accusation, even if it is in jest.

Chris Jericho has gone through a lot of changes throughout his career. While he was ‘The Painmaker’ during his short but memorable NJPW run, he also saw many changes in AEW. It’s unclear whether Jericho will go to WWE any time soon. However, things can definitely be better for him now than ever.
