Nikkita Lyons has already become one of the best things about NXT 2.0’s women’s division. She has become a force to be reckoned with and already gained a solid fan following since her debut. She also shot down rumors about her being absent from Smackdown last week.

Lyons was supposed to be in a tag team match with Zoey Stark on Friday Night Smackdown last week. However, it was said that she pulled from the show due to her being unvaccinated.

Lyons took to Twitter, where she claimed her vaccination status “didn’t have anything to do” with the “medical complications” that led to her absence from SmackDown.

Yes, it didn’t have anything to do with the vaccine. One day I may do a live on ig or something and share. I hope you have a blessed night.

Stark and Lyons were replaced by Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, who ended up defeating Sonya Deville and Natalya. They will now face Aliyah and Raquel Gonzalez in the semi-finals. We’ll have to see if they’ll be able to win the whole tournament or not.
