WWE NXT UK Releases Dave Mastiff From His Contract

WWE is cutting some NXT UK roster today, and this comes during a time when the brand is going through some big changes. Now we have another name to add to that list, and it’s a rather surprising one.

We previously reported that Flash Morgan Webster, Wild Boar, and Mark Andrews were released. It seems that we are not done reporting on talent that Vince McMahon’s former company decided to cut.

Dave Mastiff appears to be on that released list as well. The big man tweeted out an animated gif from Napoleon Dynamite where the main character was waving bye.

It seems that Mastiff is no longer with WWE and that is a very surprising turn of events. Many pegged him to be a big start on the brand, but it seems that he will have to seek his future endeavors away from WWE.
